Beatrice's goal, therefore, is to either prove that the 19th's chest is empty, and Battler needs to blame one of the 18.

Or, more ultimately, her goal is to prove that none of the "Human" boxes have a bomb inside them, and force Battler to confront the fact that a witch did it.
